This unit has the important responsibility of directing and managing the executive departments of the project, and with the aim of completing the projects on time and without defects, the following policies have been strictly followed.

Project Management and Production Planning

To stay competitive and in order to achieve greatest efficiency, production planning department aims at accomplishing projects perfectly and in accordance with designed schedule. In achieving these goals, the following critical tasks are pursued by our team:

  • Goal identification, policy determination and administration, clarifying project’s implementation methodology
  • Maintenance and keeping reports in line with quality management system specification
  • Making critical decisions at all executive and economical status
  • Organizing project’s schedule for equipping the workshop
  • Human resource monitoring
  • Resource planning and supply management
  • Communication management through liaison with employer and consultant company
  • Liaison with other segments inside the company
  • Auditing guideline application
  • Providing facilities for preparation and delivery of complete reports
  • Qualitative and quantitative supervision on workshop in order to enhance economical and technical domains of projects
  • Establishing best relation between workshop and employer
  • Administering projects status and meeting reports for the favor of company
  • Project operation quality optimization
  • Leading and auditing financial statements
  • Logical pursue of financial statements discrepancy
  • Administering negotiations and contracts with sub-contractors in line with company’s regulations and guidelines
  • Sub-contractors’ financial statements ratification
  • Ratification of documents such as Store issues, purchase requisition and expenses
  • Identifying and proposing recommendation on management projects to top managers
  • Update the information regularly. These information contains project status, allocated human resource, required material and machinery, latest supply status and mobilization assurance
  • Persistent control over job performance and employing desirable technology and procedure for accomplishing the tasks
  • Receive, audit and comment on all the mails, layout and documents and refer them to top management in the case of necessity
  • Maintain regular control over project documentation and ensure that the reports are updated
  • Conducting a project evaluation to assess how well the project was managed
  • Administering project evaluation review to provide financial and timeline assessment
  • Being alert of obstacles and initiate corrective action where necessary
