The products of this manufacturing unit is prefabricated spun concrete structures (Hollow core) which are produced in manufacturing workshop NO. 1. These structures and foundation of power transmissions substations are produced in various transportable dimensions in accordance with project’s design. Once the technical team design the specified lay outs, relevant project procedures are applied and the sections are prepared.
- Steel sections manufacturing
In addition to the main structure of the tower which is prefabricated spun concrete structures, the cross arms, shield peaks and ladders of mentioned structures as well as steel structures of high voltage substations are made of steel sections based on relevant applicable engineering design. Our engineering team is responsible for designing these structures based on loading calculations layouts or any other requirements.
- Erection groups
In addition to the company’s main activity that is manufacturing self-supporting spun concrete poles and accessories, the power transmission line project would complete by erection of these poles. The erection procedure is performed by getting advantage of a diligent group and desired construction machinery. After equipping proper workshop in the project site, the erection group specifies tower erection point, provides access roads, excavates the specified points and erects the towers. This group is qualified to develop the power transmission and substation projects.
Project control, design and engineering, planning and manufacturing, steel section manufacturing and marketing department are the other main departments of this company.
